With this extended warranty you can put your mind at rest, that if anything goes wrong within the 2 years we will repair it for free.
Bring your product in and we will repair while you wait* for the next 2 years.
What is covered:
- All parts except working parts and consumables.
- Included: All electronic parts needed to get you up and running again, including service and labour fees.
- Excluded: Batteries, tyres, wheels, cosmetic parts
- Excluded: Accident damage, trick or racing damage.
Transport and carry-in info:
- Warranty is on a carry-in basis. We do not collect and redeliver extended warranty items.
- Customer is to bring the product in to any branch for warranty repairs.
- We will endeavour to repair it while you wait.
Warranty period:
- 24 months warranty from date of order.
* We will try our best to repair it while you wait. However this is not always possible due to workloads and time of year.
*Ave repair time: 45 min - 1.5 hours
* Batteries - these are consumables and if they are not kept in a charged state, they will lose their efficiency and need to be replaced. They are not covered under this warranty. To increase the longevity of your batteries please read this guide

Please allow 2–5 working days for delivery. Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day, with transit times ranging from 1–5 working days depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Pre-orders: Items marked as pre-order are not immediately in stock but are on the way.
