Padel Ball Machine Warranty

Thank you for purchasing our Padel Ball Machine. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer the following limited warranty:

Warranty Coverage:

• 1-Year Limited Warranty on the Padel Ball Machine (from date of purchase).

• 6-Month Limited Warranty on the battery (from date of purchase).

Conditions:

• This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, non-commercial use.

• The warranty is carry-in: the product must be returned to our service center for assessment and repair at the customer’s cost for delivery and collection.

Exclusions:

• This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Commercial, rental, or high-frequency use beyond normal recreational play.

  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, modification, or improper storage.

  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to mechanical parts, wheels, and cosmetic wear.

  • Water damage or exposure to extreme weather.

Battery Specifics:

• The battery is covered for 6 months against defects in manufacturing.

• Battery degradation over time is normal and not covered under warranty.

Claim Procedure:

• To make a warranty claim, please provide your proof of purchase and bring the machine to our authorized service center.

• We will inspect the machine and, at our discretion, repair or replace any defective parts.
