What’s Covered

Your Lifetime Warranty includes:

• Electronics & Controller — Cover for the scooter’s main electronic components.

• Frame — Lifetime cover on the structural frame.

• Transaxle — Cover for the motor and transaxle system.

• Charger — Your original charger is included.

• Annual Service — One complimentary annual service on a carry-in basis.

What’s Not Covered

The Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.

• Batteries, tyres, brakes, upholstery, grips and other consumable or wear-and-tear items.

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or improper maintenance.

• Accidental damage, collisions, water damage or other external causes.

• Damage resulting from unauthorised repairs, modifications or alterations.

Important Warranty Conditions

• The Lifetime Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

• Proof of purchase may be required for warranty claims.

• The scooter must be made available for inspection before a warranty claim can be approved.

• Repairs must be carried out or authorised by SA Scooter Shop / Two Running Hares (Pty) Ltd.

• Warranty cover applies subject to the scooter being used and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.
